My name is Adelard Ntamaboko (Mr Bokko, my nick name). I come from Tanzania a country found in East Africa.

4 years ago after my friend had followed up with me for so long, I finally decided to get started into this thing called network marketing.

I thought things would be a lot easier.

I did not expect to experience any kind of hardship at all.

Actually...

But things didn’t work out as I had hoped.

In fact, things worked out completely different.

Look ... in order to build a big team, you have to know how to recruit people and how to duplicate everything you do and know to the people you recruit.

The problem was I didn’t know a thing or two about recruiting and duplication.

Because it was my very first time doing this business. I had no prior experience of any kind.

So, I decided to follow what I was taught by my upline and other leaders who preceded me in the business.

I started looking for people to share my business with everywhere I passed. Shopping malls, beach, in the streets, you name it. I did it all.

I also joined different Facebook groups to find people to share my business with in a spammy way.

Not to mention countless copy and paste messages I sent to people in messenger in the hope that I’ll get one or two interested prospects.

I made so many cold calls every day inviting people to come and see the opportunity (50 cold calls every day to be exact)

But despite doing all of that for almost a year I ended up getting only 2 people to enroll within my first year.

I worked so hard like hell. I put all my efforts into it like my whole life depended on it. But I ended up getting a team of 3 people (and myself included) within my first year.

You see, the people I started the business with within that same year, they had already built a team with over 400 distributors but for me it was embarrassing. Only a team of 3 people (myself included) the whole friggin year.

I was miserable. Disappointed. And to make matters worse, I had nothing to show for all my efforts.

I did everything I was taught. I attended training every day. But at the end of the day, what I got in return for all my efforts is a team of 2 people in my friggin first year.

See, the business I was told would give me financial freedom, time freedom and the ability to travel the world whenever I wanted turned out to be a boxing ring for me. It punched me so hard in my face. Everything I tried was like a heavy punch from a bad guy.

It reached a point the people in my company started laughing at me. That I am the dude who only goes to the office just to waste time and see how others are performing better.

I struggled and struggled and struggled without any prayer of succeeding.

But before I decided to quit, I got an idea of doing some online research first.

Some research to find out if there is a better way that I resonate with.

One day on my research I’m reading this article about a guy who recruited 1000 new distributors in less than a year.

I’m like…

"How is this even possible?"

Here I’m killing myself. Working my ass off and I sponsored only 2 people in a whole friggin year. Yet here is a guy who sits behind the computer and in less than a year he recruited an army of new distributors.

It never got into my mind. I needed to know more of what exactly he did to get that friggin army in less than a year.

So, I kept on researching.

As I’m digging dipper on researching, here I’m reading another article about a lady who sponsors 5 new team builders every week.

I didn’t stop there on researching.

Yet on another day, I’m reading an article about a mom of 2 who sponsored 100 new team builders in three days.

For really this stuff got me fascinated.

The more I researched, the more I started noticing what all these top earners had in common.

To get such outstanding results, these folks didn’t cold call, copy & paste messages into people’s DM’S, Friend requesting strangers, just to name a few.

The things they had in common are…

Now, the only questions I had were… “Where do I start and who should be my teacher?”

Because I knew if I wanted to get the results they got, then I needed to do exactly what they did. So, I needed someone to take me under his/ her wing.

After a long research in a line of hard knocks and trenches, I’ve finally found the one who stands above all.
